JY283 is a fully integrated high-precision non-inductive, non-capacitive LED constant current driver chip. The chip work at 175Vac ~ 265Vac input voltage full range of fully integrated capless non-inductive LED constant current power supply.

JY283 internal integration for 700 v MOSFET, adopted SOP8 encapsulation The  operating current of  this  chip is very low. Just a resistance peripheral device, you can achieve excellent constant current characteristic, which greatly saves the cost and size of the system.

Within JY283 chip with a constant current circuit, constant current output LED can be achieved and excellent line voltage regulation. The chip work in a non-inductive current linear mode, the output current does not vary with LED operating voltage changes, achieve excellent load regulation.

JY283 internal integration of rich protection features. They include open LED protection, undervoltage protection, chip overheating regulation.
